Mr Matt and deejdave helped me a lot. Does anybody know or might figure how can I get that setup working? This is not a challenge just purely informational.
I am firing up my system right now so gimme a sec. I sold my mk3-1000's after 5 years of owning them, a year ago for 1200 and evern if i take a hundred dollar hit in 6 months its a cheap rental price seeing. I also used to say the same things about Pioneer. I'll put my money on Serato announcing something today, or at least in the next few days. How long are you into your set? It also featured drastically improved Master Tempo, the new My Settings function, and the ability to play music stored inside tablets, smartphones, and laptops via Wi-Fi. As a collective I sure would. It is always good to create a wide range of tests to find the answers we are looking for ; Dave Good News Guys.
I believe serato claimed that djm 900 srt only plug n play mixer and it should work with serato scratch live as well. I was simply using the retail price to prove a point. I mean serato did it for cdj-2000 mk1 and I'm not saying it should be able to be directly ported to nexus but I am saying one would think a couple tweaks here n there n voila!! Ok then, and if I use them as you say they will still display the waveform, right? Let me ask everyone here right here right now.
I only had one problem due to the laptop overheating in an outdoor gig in the summer. I don't think that is the case but I have no solid reason to believe otherwise. I also tried to drag and drop but no use. Marketing tactics are one area that Pioneer has displayed competence. Do not discuss software or music piracy. I moved from Traktor to Serato for the exact same reasons that are happening to Serato users now. If they had the assurance themselves to release that kind of statement then their customers at large would probably lose most of the recent doubt that has been building up in all of us as well as stick by Serato as apposed to dumping them for Traktor as is happening on a daily basis.
The 2000's are pretty dope, I mapped my ableton push to do everything a 2000 nexus does, but to have it on an industry standard controller is what i was gunning for. I am not concerned much about light but pitch bending is more important as i am not using auto sync. If Serato could utilize the screen with not just the waveform but the whole virtual deck display that would just be the ultimate!! I am shocked th2 2000nxs are not supported. So give the setup I described above, is there a step-by-step tutorial on how to do that?
