There's plenty of humor but also real heart, and also, Despicable Me 2 is one of the rare instances where the sequel is better than the first installment. Its strongest scenes - and biggest laughs - came from the trio of adorable moppets learning the ropes of supervillainy and just rolling with it. Gru is always lovely, and his children are adorable. No sign of the real villain yet though, so we'll likely learn more about the plot with a longer trailer before summer arrives.
